About
Hi! I am Peter Savvateev.
For 19 years of my professional career, I’ve been working in customer service, customer experience, and related business operations. I’ve worked across a variety of industries: Banking, Software Startups, Medical Devices, Offshore BPO, Consumer Electronics, E-commerce, and both Video and Mobile Gaming. This diversity has helped me learn and appreciate how businesses support their customers differently — from different angles and with different business objectives.
Throughout my experience, I’ve formulated a few principles that help me organize and lead customer service units:
- Operational KPIs should be balanced: pushing one often comes at the cost of another.
- Customer service is a system: talent cannot be replaced by strongest processes — and vice versa.
- Effective customer service is sustainable: long-term stable performance is healthier and matters more than one-time wins.
- Human time is the most expensive resource: everything that doesn't require human touch should be automated.
ROBOTERIA is about the last principle. I publish here my own automation projects, AI and agentic solutions, as a collection of tiny robots empowering people to serve customers faster, more effectively, and with less effort. At the same time, none of the automations should deteriorate customer experience. It is a balance between efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or suggestions — I’d be happy to connect.
